Carl Ruscin

Carl came to WV to attend WVU in the 1980's from Cleveland, OH and never left thanks to the beauty of the Mountain state.  After graduation, Carl moved to Preston County and raised a family while achieving 4 successful decades in Corporate Management for various entities in NCWV.  He utilizes that business acumen to guide those making possibly the largest financial decision of a lifetime.  Carl's forte is to help others appreciate our "slice of Almost Heaven", by providing clear and concise communication to both buyers and sellers.
